Delete your AltNet account
AltNet provides account deletion inside the mobile app. Open AltNet Settings, select the account-deletion option, and follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
Deletion removes or schedules removal of account-associated records and uploaded media in accordance with AltNet’s deletion process. Some limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, moderation, or enforcement.
Deleting your AltNet account does not require a Game Provider or another independent source to remove information that exists outside AltNet.
Subscriptions and account deletion
AltNet Supporter is optional and currently removes supported feed advertising. It does not place Supported Game data, game-related content, User Content, or core AltNet functionality behind a real-money paywall.
If you have an auto-renewable subscription billed by Apple or another external payment platform, deleting your AltNet account does not automatically cancel that subscription.
Manage or cancel the subscription through the platform that bills you. On Apple platforms, you can use Apple’s subscription-management settings. Canceling a subscription and deleting an AltNet account are separate actions.
Advertising privacy choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, AltNet may provide consent or privacy controls for advertising-related processing.
Your choices may affect personalized advertising, targeted advertising, sharing, or other advertising-related processing. Some additional privacy or advertising controls may also be available through your device or platform settings.
Access, correction, and other privacy requests
Many account and profile details can be managed directly within AltNet.
For access, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction, or other privacy requests that cannot be completed using built-in controls, email support@altnetapp.com.
We may need to verify your identity or control of the relevant AltNet account before completing certain requests.
Connected game characters
You can remove or reauthorize supported game-character connections using AltNet’s account and character-management features where available.
Disconnecting a character may stop or limit AltNet’s ability to retrieve updated authorized information for that character. It does not delete information held by the applicable Game Provider, and it does not necessarily remove game information that is public or independently available.
You may also be able to revoke AltNet’s authorization through controls provided directly by the applicable Game Provider.
Blocking and safety controls
AltNet provides blocking and reporting tools for supported social features. Blocking affects applicable AltNet interactions but does not alter underlying game information that exists independently of AltNet.
