Account access
Use the in-app sign-in, password-reset, and account-management controls first. If you are still unable to access your AltNet account, email support from the address associated with the account when possible.
Connected game characters
If a connected character stops updating or requires reauthorization, use AltNet’s character-management or reconnect flow.
AltNet support cannot recover or change credentials for a Supported Game. Problems with the underlying game account, game password, enforcement action, or Game Provider service should be directed to the applicable Game Provider.
AltNet Supporter
AltNet Supporter is an optional ad-free subscription that helps cover AltNet’s operating costs. It does not unlock exclusive Supported Game data, game-related content, User Content, or core AltNet functionality. Those remain available without a Supporter subscription for eligible users.
Purchases, renewals, refunds, payment methods, and subscription billing are handled by the applicable platform provider.
On Apple platforms, use Manage Subscription inside AltNet or Apple’s subscription settings to manage renewal. Use Restore Purchases to re-check an eligible App Store subscription.
Deleting your AltNet account does not automatically cancel an externally billed subscription.
Reporting safety issues
Use the in-app report and block controls when available. For account-security or moderation issues that cannot be handled in-app, email support with relevant account handles, links, screenshots, or other information that helps identify the issue.
Account deletion and privacy
You can initiate deletion of your AltNet account from within the app. For privacy requests and more information about deletion, advertising choices, and connected characters, visit Account & Privacy Choices.

Service availability
If AltNet appears temporarily unavailable, retry after a short period. Some features depend on third-party infrastructure, platform services, and Game Provider systems and may be affected by outages or changes outside AltNet’s control.
